1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VoxBloom's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

VoxBloom provides lead generation services through social network advertising and advanced targeting technology. Our services include:

• Lead generation campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Qualified prospect identification and scoring
• Campaign management and optimization
• Performance reporting and analytics

3. Eligibility and Application Process

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Complete our application process and be approved by our team
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Starter Package: $50 per qualified lead
• Professional Package: $45 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Package: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Lead Quality and Qualification

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet the targeting criteria specified in your campaign and have demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services. Lead qualification includes:

• Demographic and geographic targeting match
• Engagement with campaign content
• Contact information verification
• Intent scoring based on behavioral indicators

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and campaign objectives
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by VoxBloom remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

VoxBloom's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. VoxBloom reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
